XPiNC - SSL Error, The certificate is not trusted....

My development server is self signed and that gives me the following error when I try to open a page in the XPiNC.

"The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. (Error codes: sec_error_ca_cert_invalid)"

In Firefox Browser (Not XPiNC), it gives the option to add an exception and proceed. But in XPiNC is just stops there because it doesn't give the option to add the exception. I scanned over all the preference variables to turn off the checking, but no luck.

Does anyone know of a way to suppress this error or add the exception in XPiNC?

I think the 8.5.2 is running XULRunner 1.9.xx. Anybody knows if the Add Exception option is included in the 8.5.3 XULRunner?

Here is an article I found that may shed some light on this topic.

Thanks for the help,
